Happy Chinese New Year everyone!
Thank goodness January is over. My goodness I don’t think any other month drags its heels more. Post-festive celebrations leave me broke and tired setting into the new year. What’s supposed to be a time of new starts, a time for resolutions etc is in truth a time when all I want to do is curl up under my duvet and sleep through the bleakness that is January. As a result I’ve decided to embrace Chinese New Year as my fresh beginning, my time for planning the year ahead, and shuffling off the ominous coats of winter melancholy. I am determined to work on making 2014 a memorable, fun and very happy new year for myself.
To any of you who continue to read my musings… HAPPY YEAR OF THE HORSE!!! I hope 2014 brings all you wish for and more… work on making one of the happiest and best, you deserve it!
